Looking for the following skills in a candidate :
1. Strong in OOPs concepts (Yii Framework is Preferred but candidates with knowledge on other frameworks like Laravel would also be a good fit)
2. Should know the current version of PHP
3. Should have knowledge of Apache Web Server
4. Must know basic Linux based commands like SSH etc.
5. Good knowledge in Database - MongoDB and MySQL
6. Should be aware of Secure Web Development concepts
