Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Automating and orchestrating workload across multiple public cloud providers. Automation experience with at least one configuration/deployment management system such as Google deployment manager, Terraform, Chef (Directly or via AWS OpsWorks), Ansible, Puppet, AWS Cloud Formation, Salt or other such tools.
2. Experience working in at least one of the following languages : Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby, and Java. Proficient with GIT and GIT workflows.
3. Proficient in leveraging CI/CD tools to automate testing and deployment. Experience working in Agile, fast-paced DevOps environment.
4. Support Internal and external customers on multiple platforms.
5. Work with customers and other teams to troubleshoot customer environments to increase user satisfaction.
6. Handling certain customer issues, providing guidance and recommendations to increase efficiency and reduce customer incidents.
7. Designing, planning and managing Kubernetes cluster on different platforms.
Required Qualifications :
- Relevant work experience and a proven track record :
a) Expertise in Container technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
b) Experience in configuring Application and System Logging with ELK
c) Experience in working with Version Control tool GIT-GitHub.
d) In-depth knowledge with Configuration Management tool Ansible.
e) Proficient in working with Infrastructure Management tool Terraform.
f) Experience in deploying Microservice Applications using Kubernetes
g) Experience in working with Monitoring tool like Prometheus and Grafana
- Ability to handle projects independently or with minimum supervision.
- Ability to innovate on existing processes and simplify the same.
- Experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
