Job Description : Senior Associate - Ameyo Application
- Should have an experience to customize IVRs for onboarding/offboarding driver partners
- Design Integration with CRM/DRMs using Rest/SOAP APIs
- Troubleshooting IVR, CRM, API integration Ameyo Application and Reports issues.
- Design CRM and ACP Module using PHP, HTML. JavaScript.
- Design Wallboards using ReactJs, Redux, PHP, HTML. JavaScript for different-different Ameyo Customers.
- Design IVR (Interactive voice response) using JavaScript, Handling APIs (SOAP,REST) .
- Deep knowledge on advanced Java scripts/Python/PHP/CSS
- Deep understanding on Ameyo Application /database architecture
- Provide Integration consultancy to third party ERP solution provider. E.g. Salesforce, Sugar/Suite CRM,
- Freshdesk and ZOHO etc.
- Postgre SQL/MySQL DB knowledge.
- Worked on integration with Multiple databases and APIs .
- Experience in reporting module to customize standard reports and develop custom reports.
- Good knowledge on Unix/Linux OS.
- Working experience on Airflow, asterisk communication software.
- Proficient in understanding high end storage platforms, Linux platforms and telephony protocols, Solid understanding of Postgresql relational database, Operational knowledge of window network and telephony gateways.
- Able to support L3, L4 level of Ameyo Support.
