Responsibilities :
- Develop, record and maintain cutting edge web-based PHP applications on portal plus premium service platforms
- Participate in defining the technical architecture of their projects, including finalize the DB schema
- Collaborate with a team of full-stack and front-end developers to design, develop, and maintain web-based applications and websites
- Keep up to date on web development trends and understanding how it applies to our customers- needs
- Adhering to project coding standards and recommending improvements Modifying existing software to correct errors, allowing it to function in new operating environments
- Managing, mentoring and providing technical guidance / support to junior team members
- Convey effectively with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues
Ideal Candidate should have :
- A computer science degree with 2-8 years relevant experience
- Strong experience with PHP frameworks (Laravel preferred)
- Good exposure to programming constructs and writing algorithms
- Strong in the OOPS programming concepts and MVC implementation
- Vue.js experience is preferred but not mandatory, but any client-side structured JavaScript experience (such as Angular/react) would be beneficial
- Experience in Generic SQL Programming and MySQL
- Must have knowledge of web services and serialization techniques like REST, SOAP, XML & JSON.
- Understanding of web and application security (OWASP)
- Knowledge of AWS basic services (S3, EC2, RDS, SES)
