We are looking for Engineering Lead to join our team help us to build our product from the ground up. A Self-Starter who can set their own product visions, build relevant teams and execute the game plans.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Experience managing complex projects, with significant bottom-line impact
- Hire, coach, manage a talented, driven and diverse set of engineering talent
- Automate internal processes that scale our operational services.
- Establish best practices in coding and task management
- Quickly prototype and test new ideas for future implementation
- Hands on knowledge of technology platform with strong sense of product management principles.
- Strong product thinking and ability to translate business discussions with the founders to implementable solutions to the engineers.
Technical Skills :
- Experience 7-8 years of hands-on experience.
- Experience with Agile Management (SCRUM, RUP, XP)
- Software development experience in Java, AWS and mobile technologies
- Should have good experience in back-end development and Front-End development
- Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues.
- Experience implementing applications using HTML5/CSS, AngularJS and / or ReactJS, LESS / SASS.
- Good knowledge of MVC, OOPS concepts, Web Development Concepts, HTML, JSON, REST API development.
- Strong coding skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good to have :
- Experienced working for a Start-up, preferred in an e-commerce domain.
