Convergence IT Services - Customer Success Engineer - Ticketing System (1-3 yrs) (Convergence IT Services)

We are hiring for a Customer Success Engineer. Analyze customers' individual needs & issues to address them effectively on time. Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers requests.

Duties :

- Providing technical support and respond for incoming queries related to HRM software (uKnowva)

- Handling the Tickets related to IT Technical Issues, ensure that all issues are properly logged, categorizing and prioritizing as per the defined TAT

- Understanding & Detailing user issues, answering on phone calls, writing replies to emails & executing the services

- Take ownership of problems and follow up on the status of problems on behalf of the customer and communicate progress on time.

- Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams & manager

- Basic knowledge of SQL and EXCEL

- Understanding PHP code will be added advantage
