Profile : Full Stack Developer for eCommerce websites/Apps on platforms
Salary Slab : 6-7 LPA
Job Responsibilities :
1. Participate in a remote team-oriented environment to plan, design and develop in-house ecommerce platform (Should have the capability to build it completely from scratch)
2. Report and work with client to execute the development of world class platform in accordance to business plan.
3. Full stack and UI/UX developer mentality
4. Develop API for external source integration.
5. Ensure features work across cross browsers.
6. Identify and fix performance issues.
7. Equipped with creative thinking skills to suggest solutions for platform requirements and enhancement.
8. Analyses user requirements; envisioning and designing system features and functionality.
9. Problem identification, determination, and resolution (Bug fixes)
10. Designs and develops user requirements. Tasks include Build and Unit test, System test, support to Integration testing, acceptance testing and production release.
11. Recommends system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development vs. purchase alternatives.
12. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, schedules and priorities, and activities; contributing to team meetings; troubleshooting any development and/or production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
13. Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
14. Accept ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
15. Follows IT standards and services delivery processes/systems.
Job Requirement
1. Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Computer Science/ Information Technology) or equivalent.
2. More than 4-7 years of software design/App development experience.
3. Completed as least one full development life cycle.
4. Experience in design and development with any of the following :
a. Full Stack Web Development (Front-End and Backend)
b. WordPress (Option 1)/Woo (Option 2) Commerce
c. PHP Frameworks,
d. HTML/CSS/PHP/MYSQL
e. Magento or AJAX etc.
5. Excellent communication skills in English (Both Verbal and Written)
6. Expert in product & content management, account management, order management, pricing & promotions, B2B/B2C commerce.
7. Versed in Google Tag Manager, Analytics and Experiments. Ability to develop, test, and debug custom event tagging.
8. Knowledge of project methodologies like Smartsheet, Workfront, or Slack
9. Good understanding of security technology and IS/IT standard and controls.
10. Ability to lead, enforce, and help define development standards.
11. Strong organization skills - scheduling, prioritizing, planning, tracking.
