Job Description :
- Analyze, plan and discuss the project requirements with clients.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of developers while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical meetings with the developers to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
- Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
- Do periodic code reviews & help the developers with technical problem during the project
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Required Skills :
- MCA /Btech in computer science
- Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies ( Php/Node js/Angular/react js )
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven working experience as a Tech lead/Tech PM
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication
- Extensive leadership experience and strong teaming abilities with problem solving skills
