Lucid is looking for a Software As A Service (SaaS) Administrator to join our team. You will be working closely with the IT team on many of our AWS-hosted internal applications and our external SaaS applications (ServiceNow, Okta, 0365, and G-Suite ) to ensure the environments are built, configured, managed, and monitored correctly to support the business. You will help drive decisions on right-sizing our cloud environment along with troubleshooting performance issues, ensuring the highest level of reliability for the platform. Responsibilities :
- Manage the state of all components of Lucid's non-production AWS environment
- Manage all SaaS applications for availability, latency, and system health
- Monitor and troubleshoot SaaS applications for performance issues
- Monitor the AWS environment for vulnerabilities and manage upgrade and patching efforts
- Develop and manage configuration scripts for Amazon hosted infrastructure
- Work closely with the infrastructure, Business Intelligence teams, and management to ensure high availability and security
- Respond to alarms and outages on an as-needed basis
Qualifications :
- 5 years as a system administrator supporting enterprise computing platforms and systems
- 4+ years running production systems on AWS
- Certified AWS SysOps Administrator preferred
- ServiceNow, Okta, 0365, and G-Suite experience heavily preferred
- Experience managing MySQL, Redshift, Athena, or similar databases on RDS
- Working knowledge of Python, PHP, SQL, and Bash scripting desirable
- Experience with Ansible and Docker
- Snowflake experience a plus
- Experience with site monitoring and log monitoring tools a plus
