What are we looking for??

1. You have an inquisitive mind which can identify pragmatic solutions to complex technical and security process challenges.

2. The ability to not only use security tools, but to implement them in diverse and heterogeneous environments, such as those containing a mix of workloads across discreet VMs, orchestration tools like Kubernetes or Mesos, and on-premise or cloud-native infrastructure.

3. Exhibits a good balance between strategic direction and tactical execution.

4. Experience securing Kubernetes running at scale in production on public clouds, preferably with both Linux and Windows workloads.

5. Experience with securing AWS-based cloud infrastructure and security-focused services such as AWS KMS, Cloud HSM, AWS Encryption SDK, or equivalents (e.g. from GCP), AWS IAM, and AWS STS.

6. Development and administration experience in Linux environments with distributions like Debian and Ubuntu.

7. Programming experience in languages like Java/Python/PHP/Ruby/Go/Groovy/C/C++.

8. Deep understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, TLS, and REST and services such as Nginx and HAProxy.

9. Experience with tooling and systems for build, infrastructure automation, and monitoring, such as Docker, Jenkins, Terraform, Datadog, JFrog, and Sumologic.

10. Good knowledge of security principles at all layers of the OSI stack.

11. Blue and/or red team experience is highly valued.

What you will be learning and doing?

1. Keeping up with the state of the art in application security, operational security, and DevSecOps, helping developers build software securely throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

2. Enhance the security posture of platforms and applications, securing production and pre-production services running on Kubernetes and Docker.

3. Evangelize smart security solutions and mitigations that solve classes of vulnerabilities by addressing root causes.

4. Continue to learn new technology and business processes and apply an offensive (- red team- ) security mindset to them to discover and drive improvements.

5. Hunt for and identify threats and vulnerabilities which impact software and infrastructure.

6. Continuously improve the systems and algorithms we use to identify potential indicators of compromise.

7. Apply common information security frameworks or standards utilized in the industry to understand requirements and best practices as they apply to software.

8. Leading independent third-party vendors through security assessments such as penetration testing, social engineering, and compliance.

9. Implement and maintain the security tooling

3) Responsibility & Role :

- Should be a Good Technology Architect, Technology Innovator, software development Engineering Manager, a single-handed Full Stack Developers( backend and Frontend), Software Engineering Manager and should be to see out a project from conception to final product and delivering solutions, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Should take full ownership as a single-handed hands-on coder, engineering manager and startup tech entrepreneur with multi hat role as a doers of the end to end Backend to complete frontend software development life cycle and s/ware testing tools in automation mode.

- Their primary responsibilities include designing user interactions on websites, developing AWS Cloud servers and databases for the website and Mobile app functionality and coding for mobile platforms.

- Developing front end website architecture.

- Designing user interactions on web pages.

- Developing back end website applications.

- Creating servers and databases for functionality.

- Ensuring cross-platform optimization for mobile phones.

- Ensuring responsiveness of applications.

- Working alongside graphic designers for web design features.

4) Experience:

- 10 to 20 Experience in software development engineering beginning as a software development engineer and must have grown in his experience to as a CTO / Head Engineering Manager/ Software development Technology Leader in his strong hardcore demonstrated experience in the highly scalable Technology building model with latest technology s/w coding,Testing and s/w tools.

- 6 -15 Years as Full-stack Developer, 2-5 Years as a Software Engineering Head / Engineering Manager in web and Mobile application Product Engineering.

- Worked as a single-handed independently and as a Team lead with multi-hat role & in the team as a Backend developer, experienced in QA Testing on web and mobile app in building growing a startup company from scratch.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

5) Job Skillset :

- Proficiency with fundamental front end languages such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript.

- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS, React and Amber.

- Django, Dynamo DB, LAMP, MEAN stack

- AWS (AWS S3, EC2, Amazon Device Farm), Android, Kotlin, React, react-native

- Flutter, dart ios, Swift.

- Should have additional skills No SQL DB, Mongo Db but not mandatory.

- Proficiency with server-side languages such as Python, Ruby, Java, PHP and .Net. Tensor flow.

- Familiarity with database technology such as MySQL, Oracle and MongoDB.

- Testing Tools: Appium, Selenium, Robotium, Mockito. Espresso- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Complete product engineering with at least 5-30 Mobile App( multifunction app).

- Hands-on AI Chatbot and IoT with at least 100 to 50,000 Downloads of his Product developed.

6) Qualification :

B.Tech in CSE / IT / ECE from reputed engineering Institute.
