What does this role hold for you ?

- Owning the Infrastructure security for multiple platforms of Housing, Makaan, Proptiger, Marketing & ML etc. under the Elara Group

- Owning multiple AWS accounts and a small local data center from security perspective

- Drive the engagement with Security Vendors and make sure all the reported vulnerabilities are planned for earliest closure

- Lead the Elara Security Bug Bounty program

- Maintaining and following a comprehensive Security Checklist on Infra as well as Application side for deployments and provisioning

- Guide the Devops and technology team on security practices and become the go-to person for expertise on security

- Responding to security incidents and evaluating threats to Elara platforms

Apply if you have :

- 2-6 years of strong SecOps experience with AWS & Linux environment

- Expertise in AWS including EC2, IAM, CloudWatch, S3, CloudTrail, CloudFront, Config, Lambda, Security Groups, VPCs, WAF, Guard Duty, Inspector, etc.

- Experience in software development and SDLC in Java, Python, Ruby, PHP with Credential Rotation using AWS Secrets Manager or Vault

- Experience with Automation in testing or orchestration Selenium, Maven, Ant, Npm, Yarn, Jenkins, Salt etc. or any scripting language.

- Knowledge of conducting security checks (static and dynamic code analysis, vulnerability analysis in applications and penetration tests, security component analysis)

- Understanding of container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), server hardening etc.

- Experience with OWASP Testing Guide v3 / 4 and OWASP TOP 10

- Knowledge of securing APIs, MicroServices, Web and Mobile applications for common vulnerabilities

- An ability to work alone and bring results along with having passion for Security and DevOps

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Disaster recovery
