We are currently seeking a highly driven Senior Developer with an experience of more than 5 years in Magento to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to be a self-motivator who is willing to work in a bright, busy, deadline-driven environment. You will be a part of a technical team that is responsible for all aspects of the ongoing software development from the initial specification, through to developing, testing and launching.

Job Responsibilities :
- Write quality source code to be delivered on time, which meets defined project standards and deadlines.
- Understand the specifications to define system requirements.
- Designing the database and preparing ER diagram for the same.
- Designing the software architecture.
- Perform occasional evaluation of new technologies and methodologies for use within the projects to be developed.
- Open to write code/ Provide technical support to team/ Proactive in actions.
- Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document and deploy changes to the system
- Code review and merging of code in source controls systems (such as git).
- Unit testing and demonstrating working solutions.
- Mentoring colleagues, pair programming, and code review.
- Documentation of technical solutions.
- Remediation of defects found during testing.
- Assisting in deployments to pre-production and production environments.
- Keeping Agile and project management systems updated with progress and status on daily basis (Jira).
- Learn and adhere to company coding and quality standards and conventions. Follow project-level design decisions and conventions.
Required skills :
- Experience with ecommerce web development projects, working in a client services environment, and building sites from start to finish.
- 5+ years experience developing client solutions on Magento
- Good working experience with Core PHP and Wordpress.
- Expert understanding of Magento's code structure, extension architecture, theming and fallback components.
- Good Knowledge and relevant work experience in CSS, HTML5, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery and AJAX.
- Knowledge of object-oriented PHP programming.
- Additional knowledge in Modern web technologies like Node.JS and React.JS is a plus.
- Strong web application documentation, coding and testing experience.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in both Magento 1.x and 2.x
- Candidate should have real time experience in handling Magento troubleshooting and bug fixing.
- Candidate should be a self-starter and able to manage the project from scratch.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in developing custom modules for both frontend and backend as per business need.
- Candidate should have the ability to integrate Custom API- s, shipping and payment methods along with third party API integrations.
- Candidate should have hands on experience in Magento Migration Tool, Commands and DBMS.
