Key responsibilities :
- Work closely with the Founder on important decision-making, understand the domain requirements.
- Manage and guide design & development from a technological perspective. You will develop scalable, distributed software systems that require high availability to support mission-critical tasks for the product and the enterprise.
- Act as a Functional & Technical design expert for the Team.
- Exhibit passion and empathy for the product and the value it delivers.
- Ownership of the Team Deliverable and Technical Support.
- Build backend and database architecture that could be scalable as our product is enhanced
- Organize information at scale (e.g. distributed crawler system, data pipeline, analyst admin tools, machine learning frameworks).
- Manage IT security compliance and set up a secure development and production environments with clear documentation, tools, best coding practices.
- Maintain all TrueHelp's services and sites.
Desired profile:
- Preferably a Top Engineering Institute (with CS background) and 3+ years of relevant work experience in programming/technology front
- Experience in making a comprehensive super rich subsystem using any of the major technology stack: iOS, Android, React Native or Progressive WebApp (PWA) using PHP.
- Full-stack programming skills (including REST APIs)
- Past experience in developing products in startups is a plus.
- Experience with multi-layered system architecture is a plus.
- Experience with Linux/Unix based systems, AWS and server architecture
