Responsibilities :
1. Utilize various open source technologies.
2. Use various tools to orchestrate solutions.
3. Build independent web-based tools, microservices and solutions.
4. Write scripts and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash.
5. Configure and manage data sources like MySQL, Mongo, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.
6. Understand how various systems work.
7. Understand how IT operations are managed.
8. Manage source control including SVN and GIT.
Requirements :
1. Bachelor's Degree or MS in Engineering or equivalent.
2. Experience with Linux infrastructures, database SQL (MS SQL), CI/CD tools, scripting such as JavaScript, PHP, Python, Perl, Ruby, .NET, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, Agile workflow methodologies.
3. Hands-on experience at least in one scripting language.
4. Knowledge of Java/JVM based languages.
5. AWS Certified would be an added advantage.
6. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
7. Good time-management skills.
8. Interpersonal and communication skills.
