Skills & Experience :
- Design and develop Shopify web applications
- 3-5years- experience developing web applications software using Shopify and related technologies.
- Strong hands to Install & Customize new Shopify theme
- Act as Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the ecommerce platform.
- Design and develop PHPweb applications with MySQL database
- Demonstrated excellent working knowledge of PHP development using MVC Frameworks particularly with Laravel and/or Yii2. Good to have exposure to other PHP frameworks.
- Excellent working knowledge of front-end technologies and modern JavaScript frameworks - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, SASS, JQuery, AJAX, ReactJS, AngularJS, Bootstrap and NodeJS.
- Demonstrated experience designing database schemes and working with MySQL. Experience with MongoDB, MariaDB and PostgreSQL technologies would be favorable.
- Experience using Forge for PHP Instant Server Deployment.
- Strong Experience creating custom WordPress websites using PHP and WordPress platform.
- Strong experience using consumption/creation of RESTful APIs, Web Services, JSON and XML to integrate mobile applications to server side systems and providing integration documentation
- Strong experience and understanding of Responsive Web Design Principles with web development for multiple browsers and screen sizes.
- Good understanding of software development best practices
- Strong Experience working in anSCRUM agile environment using JIRA for project tracking.
- Must reference applications you developed that are available today
- Tackle daily challenges with your creative problem solving recommendations
- Effective communication skills with the ability to translate technical requirements to non-technical stakeholders and vice versa
Responsibilities :
- Generate custom - tailored Shopify theme and altering pre - existing template
- Responsible for the development of the Shopify Plus platform, themes, liquid programming language and corresponding apps
- Strong hands to Install & Customize new Shopify theme.
- Contribute in the development of open source software, HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and common web technologies integral to building seamless multi-channel experiences
- Knowledge in other ecommerce platform like Magento, woocommerce, BigCommerce will be preferred.
- Design and develop PHP web applications and websites using MVC Framework using Laravelwith MySQL database
- Creating and developing Restful web services for mobile application with good experience in JSON
- Conducting root cause analysis and determining/developing corresponding action items
- Work with UX Designers and other Developers to build enterprise cloud basedsolutions
- Work with an international team to build business applications and websites encompassing: Scrum Master, Other Developers, Chief Technical Architect and QA in India and Product Manager, Management&Clients in Australia.
- Collaborating with other platforms technical staff to identify technical and functional requirements of system and to ensure integrated end-to-end design and delivery
- Proactive monitoring of applications and services
- Perform complex software engineering activities for complex business problems and system performance
- Provide functional and technical leadership
- Analytical breakdown problems to provide expedited resolution for production environments
