Job Brief :
We are looking for a skilled React.js Architect to join our front-end development team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Collaborate with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or applications
2. Use tools and methodologies to create representations for functions and user interface of desired product
3. Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
4. Define all aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards
5. Communicate successfully all concepts and guidelines to development team
6. Oversee progress of development team to ensure consistency with initial design
7. Provide technical guidance and coaching to developers and engineers
8. Ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.
9. Approve final product before launch
REQUIREMENTS :
1. Proven experience as software architect
2. Experience in software development and coding in various languages
3. Skills in PHP Laravel, React JS, MySQL, JIRA, HTML5, CSS3, jQuery etc.
4. Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture
5. Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
6. Experience with Git, Scrum, Kanban
7. Understanding of software quality assurance principles
8. A technical mindset with great attention to detail
9. High quality organizational and leadership skills
10. Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
11. PMP Certification will be an added advantage
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS :
1. B.Tech/MCA - minimum 60% aggregate
2. 12th - minimum 60% aggregate
3. 10th - minimum 60% aggregate
