TECHNICAL SKILLS :
- 12+ years of experience in the below technology stack and interested for Chennai location
- Excellent knowledge of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, XML.
- Excellent knowledge of REST services
- Excellent knowledge of PHP MVC architecture and OOP programming style.
- Excellent knowledge of RDBMS concepts.
- Excellent knowledge of any of the following:
- e-Commerce - Magento / Shopify / Big commerce
- PHP Frameworks - Yii Framework / Zend Framework / CakePHP / Codeignitor / Zend Framework / Laravel / Symphony
- JavaScript Frameworks - Node.js / AngularJS / Ember.js / Ext JS / React is a plus.
- Knowledge of AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microservices, Docker or Kubernetes is a plus.
- Knowledge of Application Security
- Knowledge of version control systems like GIT(mandatory).
- Excellent Communication skills
- Problem solving and decision-making skills
- Prior experience in handling a team.
- Agile background is a plus.
- Product Development and SAAS Understanding is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Perform design, development and support of existing and new products.
- Understand product vision and business needs to define product requirements and product architectural solutions.
- Develop architectural and design principles to improve performance, capacity, and scalability of product.
- Work with Product Manager in planning and execution of new product releases.
- Consult business management team to clarify objectives and functional requirements for new or modified products.
- Work with domain, product management and product engineering teams in the solution engineering efforts.
- Work with pre-sales and product management teams in solution demonstrations.
- Maintain product roadmap and architectural standards that assure product development projects optimally align with business objectives.
- Define product validation policies so as to deliver products that meet system and project expectations.
- Facilitate the creation, review, and sign off of project deliverables.
- Provide support for production escalations and problem resolution for customers.
- Assist technical team with issues needing technical expertise or complex systems knowledge.
- Develop broad knowledge about current and future product features.
- Analyze market segments and customer base to develop market solutions.
- Define product requirements that address market opportunities.
- Vigilant awareness of emerging technologies and ability to recommend product architecture changes in anticipation of same
- Develop an understanding of the product positioning and messaging and how that differentiates from its competitors
- Coordinate between different stakeholders to identify dependencies and find solutions to deliver product features
- Participate in engineering architecture discussions and provide guidance as needed
