Certification & Skills Required :
- Certified ServiceMax, Pardot & Salesforce Developer and administrator.
- Languages & Web : Java, Apex, Visual Force, C++, XML, HTML5, PHP, JSON, Python, jQuery, JavaScript
- Databases : SQL
- Working knowledge of MS office products
- Data Migration: Data Loader, Workbench, etc.
- Working knowledge of Middleware: JItterbit/Mulesoft
- Knowledgeable on data loader
- Knowledgeable about Salesforce Object Query language (SOQL) & Salesforce Object Search Language (SOSL)
- Experience in integration of Salesforce.com applications with other applications with an emphasis of Web Services or other integration method.
- Knowledgeable about Service Cloud and Call center functionality.
- Experience in Salesforce data security and organizational hierarchy for sales and service.
- Experience in integrating with salesforce.
- Experience in Getfeedback Survey, Survey Monkey is a plus.
