- Overall 8+ years of web development experience in building ecommerce and CMS/WCM web sites
- 2+ years of experience developing within the Shopify and Shopify Plus platforms (both frontend and backend programming skills preferred)
- Must have hands on exposure to Custom Shopify Apps Development
- Expertise in integration & configuration Shopify apps and external systems
- Demonstrated ability to code in Shopify Liquid, HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
- Deep understanding and expertise in React, Node JS, PHP
- Act as Shopify expert, specializing in all facets of the ecommerce platform
- Strong hands to Install and Customize new Shopify theme
- Strong Liquid Programming, theme customization in Shopify
- Apart from Shopify, exposure to BigCommerce is a plus/preferred
- Experience with REST API/GraphQL/Web API creation, consumption and integration
- Good understanding and experience following test-driven development and continuous integration practices
- Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
- Experience in Agile Software Development
- Experience working with "GIT" as source control and should understand the concepts around pull requests, branches, repositories
