Teqfocus - Team Lead - PHP Framework (5-7 yrs) (Teqfocus)

Responsibilities :

1. Understanding and implementing of project management practices

2. Managing and delivery of projects from conceptualization, visualization to technology mapping and final execution of projects

3. Managing Project scope and change requests (CR)

4. Interact with the client to create technology specifications from business requirements for modules within the project.

5. Guiding Project Coordinator/ Project Leader define technical architecture of their projects, including working with them to finalize the DB schema.

6. Formulates strategies and methods in coordination with the Architect to gather functional requirements and capture them in standard notations like use cases.

7. Planning and allocating work to the team.

8. Monitoring development activities and reporting project progress

9. Managing, mentoring and providing technical guidance/ support to project teams

10 Liaison with project team and delivering projects as per scheduled milestones (risk/ quality/ time)

11. Review/ Improve upon current processes/ methodologies.

12. Improve the technical competence of the team through training development of existing and new team members.

1.Project Management: Requirement gathering, Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Project Coordination, Project delivery, Software/Solution Architect, Team handling, Resource assigning, Client communication.

2. Agile Methodology & SD Tools: Proficient in Scrum, Agile methodology, SDLC tools like Jira,Github, Bit bucket, Slack, Asana, sprint planning,TFS, Atom, Trello, Weebly and Pivotal Tracker.

3. UI: Bootstrap, CSS3, HTML5, Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery, XML, REST API.

4, Frameworks: NodeJs, npm, Zend, la-ravel, Cake-php, Code-igniter, Magento 1&2, laravel
