PHP Senior Software Engineer (PHP/Symfony/Yii/Javascript Core/Laravel)

Job Responsibilities :
- Strong in- depth expertise on web application development on LAMP (Linux Apache, MySQL, Perl and PHP) platform & Ajax.
- Sound knowledge in database designing and frameworks
- Develop, test and implement technology solutions and report on delivery commitments to ensure solutions are implemented as expected and to agreed timeframes.
- Designing and implementing new procedures and guidelines to enhance productivity and quality
- Identify system, infrastructure and project interdependencies and balance competing functionality, data, security, integration, infrastructure and performance requirements.
- Review and approve project design & code deliverables.
- Well versed with system automation.
- Excellent working knowledge of codes and syntax with strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong analytical skills with strong problem solving abilities.
- Should be a self- starter with a high sense of ownership.
Required Skills/Experience :
- Software development experience especially in web development using open source technologies like PHP, Linux etc.
- Should have knowledge of any framework YII, Zend, codeigniter, Symfony, cakephp
- Experience in e- commerce open source applications like Magento and OsCommerce preferable.
- Knowledge of OOPS concept
- Knowledge of integrating RESTful APIs
- Modelling with SQL and No SQL databases alike, e.g Mongo, MySQL etc.
- No SQL is advantage
- OOAD, Architecture and Design Patterns.
- Excellent communication and customer facing skills.
- Performance Tuning and Application Security
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript and UI/UX design
