Laravel
- Building projects using a modern OO framework (Laravel, ZendFramework2 and/or Symphony2).
- Consuming and creating web APIs (RESTful, SOAP, OAuth).
- Various data format standards (JSON and XML).
- Integrating with the LinkedIn/Twitter/Facebook APIs and other social applications.
- Collaborating with other developers using version control (git).
- Optimizing interfaces to work on multiple devices including mobile platforms.
Node.js
- Able to understand requirements & provide feasible technical solutions.
- Code, test and operate node.js based projects and services.
- Collaborating with other developers using version control (git).
- Various data format standards (JSON and XML).
- Integration of various third party libraries and applications, including social media, payments gateways etc.
- Maintain code standards.
- Work on multiple projects with different languages when required.
Job requirements
Laravel
Experience level - 1 to 3 years
- PHP Unit and test-driven development.
- Advanced level of PHP5, MySQL and Javascript.
- Advanced use of HTML5 and CSS3 techniques
- Examples of their work on GitHub
- Other languages such as node.js, Ruby and Python
- Experience in Laravel Frameworks would be plus.
- Experience with handling Payment Gateways.
- Awareness of Agile Development process and Scrum teams
