Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the team of Laravel Developers and ensure their success in terms of achieving deliverables. Strong technical problem-solving skills and an entrepreneur mindset are essential to be successful in this role. This is a full-time permanent role and is well-scoped.
- Lead the development and lifetime maintenance of HR software products, as required to - enhance Cognitive Systems' product line.
- Responsible for managing the continuous improvement process within the software product's lifecycle.
- Maintain project plans for software development and report back to management on the progress of projects.

Desired Candidate Profile:
- Min 5 years of experience in Laravel, PHP, OOPS concept. MySQL Database, charts.
- Knowledge in Vue JS/Angular/AWS/SEO concept would be a plus.
- A genuine interest in nurturing team members would be ideal.
