Title : Oracle Service Cloud - Technical Lead

Location : SoftClouds, India

Summary : Oracle Service Cloud Technical Lead will supervise technical and/or functional teams to design, build, test, and implement enterprise applications. Anticipate, raise, and resolve issues that pose risk to the project.


Roles and Responsibilities :

- As Technical Lead, supervise technical and/or functional teams to design, build, test, and implement enterprise applications. Anticipate, raise, and resolve issues which pose risk to the project.

- Monitor progress and quality. Track and report status.

- Must be clear in communication and would be expected to manage the following responsibilities :

a) Understand Client business requirements

b) Provide solutions and workarounds

c) Coordinate with onshore/offshore teams, guide and validate offshore deliveries

d) Perform role of mentor and coach junior staff

- Responsible to deliver design documentation of processes and procedures.

- Responsible to plan, execute, test, demo, train, and deploy solutions to meet business needs.

- Work with key stakeholders in analyzing business requirements, documenting those requirements as necessary to ensure complete coverage, outlining the development tasks required, planning, and supporting Serve as an active team lead.

- Assist in meeting team objectives/deadlines, even though tasks may go beyond the scope of the typical project responsibilities.

- Must have good problem-solving skills, excellent coding/debugging skills, the eagerness to learn new technologies.

- Contribute to project estimating, planning, contracting, and staffing activities.

- Hands-on experience on Agent Browser UI Extensibility.

- Hands-on experience on Connect Desktop Integrations (JavaScript API).

- Good understanding of REST and SOAP API's.

- Experience on Oracle Service Cloud Accelerators added advantage.

- Hands-on Chat functionality and Oracle Digital Assistant / Chatbot.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.

- 7+ years of Hands-On experience & development with Oracle Service Cloud/ CRM.

- 2+ years- experience as the technical lead implementing Oracle Service Cloud projects.

- PHP, JavaScript, and Integration experience is a must

- .Net and Java experience is a plus

- 2020 Oracle Service Cloud Certification is a plus

- Oracle Intelligent Advisor / Oracle Field Service (OFS) experience is a plus

- Web development experience is a must

- Knowledge of the omni channel customer service operations (Email, Phone, Text, Chat, Social)

- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall)

Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science or related field required.
