Job Description :
As a Manager Engineering, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of engineers as they develop, test, modify, and create solutions to technical problems, You will also Supervise and lead engineers, scientists and technicians who design, plan and develop technical projects, and oversee production and quality control.
An ideal candidate will possess following :
1. Minimum 7+ years of experience in PHP development, Mysql Database, scalable architect and solving technical issues.
2. Strong experience in a product based organization (direct or indirect).
3. Strong coding skills on LAMP stack and non - relational databases.
4. Team management experience is a plus.
5. Experience on SOA and REST.
6. Should have handled development that has impact throughout the entire organisation. Basically, should have
worked on large scale projects that cut through multiple segments of the organization.
7. Experience with a start-up is a plus.
8. Experience with e-commerce set-up or strong understanding of the same will be a big plus.
9. Exposure to supply chain related technology development is a plus.
10. Result oriented and ready to take ownership.
11. Desire to make impact and high work ethics.
12. Ability to collaborate across departments.
