Department Description : The Global Solution Center (GSC) provides the Oracle Communication Consulting (OCC), for the CGBU product family, a Revenue Generator for OCC, Consulting Engagement & Delivery, Pre-Sales, Organization Readiness & Mentoring, Knowledge Management, and Best Practices development.
Description : The consultant will be responsible for Customer Workshop, POCs, demos, Solutioning on 5G portfolio. Cloud deployments of the network functions. He needs to travel across the globe as per the business requirements.
Qualifications :
- Strong Knowledge/experience with 5G Technologies: http V2, 5G architecture, 3G specifications for 5G, call flows for 5G services, NRF, AMF, PCF, UDR/UDF, NSSF, SEPP, NEF
- Strong Consulting, PreSales, Implementation, Architectural/Design, and Use Case/Requirement Analysis skills and experience.
- Knowledge & experience with SCTP, TCP, IPv4, IPv6, IP Subnetting, internetworking troubleshooting.
- Knowledge & experience of data communications concepts of network architecture, Virtualization, TCP/IP Protocol suite, SNMP, NTP, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge & experience with the following LAN technologies: Ethernet, VLANs, Spanning-Tree, and switching knowledge
- Knowledge & experience with network management, BSS/OSS systems, Wireline, Wireless & Cable technologies (PCMM, DOCSIS), Voice/Video/Data integration
- CCNP/CCDP or equivalent IP networking certification preferred
- Knowledge & Experience with software Scripting standards and environments with any of the following languages: IDEs, Shell (BASH/AWK/SED), Expect/TCL, TCL/TK, Python, PHP, Perl.
- A creative and agile problem-solver
- Experience with interacting with third party resources, including offshore teams
- Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with distributed team members
- Must be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge and skills with other team members
