What are the expectations from the role?
As part of Automation CoE, you would be guiding our clients towards digital transformation with increased speed and efficiency using technology at the forefront of innovation. This would also give us the chance to even shape how they do should be operating in future. The key focus of your role will be in implementing Transformation Services to clients leveraging Intelligent Automation solutions, to which you will apply your excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Further, you would also be responsible for articulating this compelling vision and value proposition to various potential clients and partners.
What is the experience required:
- Overall 8+ years of IT experience with 5+ years of consulting in one or more segments of Intelligent Automation services- RPA/ITPA/BPA/Cognitive/AI
- Design and Implementation Experience on one or more ITPA tools like Ayehu eyeShare, Resolve Systems, IPSoft, Arago
- Design and Implementation Experience on one or more RPA tools like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Blue Prism, WorkFusion
- Scripting Expertise on one or more languages like Perl, Python, Power Shell, PHP
- Continuous Configuration Automation expertise on one or more tools like Chef, Puppet, Ansible, SaltStack
- Familiarity of Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, Open Stack
- Working knowledge on Operating Systems like Windows, UNIX/Linus and Database technologies like MS SQL, Oracle
- Demonstrate keenness to be abreast on latest market trends, technology updates of automation and other emerging technologies
- Demonstrate an excellence in the pursuit of outstanding client delivery aligned to ITIL best practices
- Collaborate in presales activities supporting deal pursuits, bids and other GTM opportunities
- Ability to work with Automation SMEs to manage performance, development and deployment issues across the client(s)/portfolio(s)
- Gather business requirements and work with various teams in analyzing the inputs, designing the automation architecture and creating solution proposals
- Ability to learn and develop automation prototypes and Proofs of Concept to Value
- Apply knowledge in business process improvements and process reengineering (Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean etc.) for assessment of automation solutions (process redesign, gaps and wastes identification)
- Expertise on using MS Office suite

- Insights on leading various phases of automation solution design, build and implementation
- Eye to target strategic transformation opportunities and tactical/operational areas of improvement across business services
- Support in building business cases with RoI to project the hard and soft benefits of automation solutions for clients
- Drive in supporting achievement of pre-sales and revenue targets from a practice level
- Skill in identifying and accessing potential processes for automation across the spectrum
- Strong consulting skills, ability to establish strong customer relationship
- Excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills
- Strong responsibility and accountability; sound analysis, resolution, judgment, negotiating and decision making skills
- Self-directed and capable of working in a dynamic environment
- Ability and enthusiasm to explore and move beyond specific boundaries of technology areas
