Role - As an AWS Developer, your duty is to maintain and expand a currently implemented AWS Architecture and all its components supporting the technology stack comprised of Node.js, PHP, Python, DynamoDB, Elasticsearch, AWS, and Lambda, and hosted in the AWS Cloud
Responsibilities :
- Work with UX and VX teams to review the wireframes/patterns and implement the UI according to specifications.
- Has to understand and implement Accessibility, Security, and Localization requirements as part of the UI development.
- Pixel-Perfect Implementation of the approved user interface.
- Use UI unit testing and automation to make sure we deliver the high-quality user experience.
- Design and deployment of the database.
- Design and construction of REST API
- Ensuring the entire stack is designed and built for speed and scalability
- Integrating our front-end UI with the constructed API
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to other team members.
Must have :
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent job-related experience.
- Serverless framework experience.
- Must have an excellent command of:
- Linux operating system
- Configuration management tools and methods
- Deployment automation tools and methods
- Amazon cloud hosting
- Node.js Development experience.
- Significant CI/ CD experience with Jenkins.
- Significant experience with monitoring tools including CloudWatch and ELK (ElasticSearch/LogStash/Kibana).
- Significant experience with containerized deployment with Docker and Amazon Elastic Compute Cloud (EC2).
- Must possess experience designing, building, maintaining, migrating, tuning, administering, supporting, and problem-solving in complex server environments, working collaboratively with applications, network, and systems teams to resolve problems.
- Must have excellent written and oral communications, including technical documents, and process documents.
- Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and be able to translate business requirements into information systems solutions.
Good to Have :
- AWS certification is a plus
- Strong problem solving and programming skills.
- Strong Foundation in Object-Oriented Programming.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Passion for developing high-quality products and experience with Unit testing.
- Database design and management, including being up on the latest practices and associated versions
- Server management and deployment for the relevant environment
- Experience in working with AWS Media Services.
- Familiarity with a relevant and globally supported framework- both front-end and back-end like React, Vue, Laravel, etc.,
- Appreciation for clean and well-documented code
