Job Description :
- Strong Knowledge with telephony protocols like SIP, SDP, RTP, and Web RTC.
- Expert in Asterisk installation, configuration and troubleshooting
- Hands on experience in designing solutions, installation and programming with AGI, AMI and ARI interfaces specifically for external applications with MySQL
- Hands on experience on Dial-plan, Queue, IVR, Agents, campaigns, Groups, Voicemail and other Call Centre related applications
- Should have Hands on experience in Managing and Integrating service provider SIP/ VoIP Accounts with Asterisk and ability to configure Analogue / PRI Lines with asterisk.
- PHP programming experience for customizing built- in CC platforms.
- Hands on experience of MySQL database with database backup and restore
- Creating and Integrating service provider SIP/VoIP Accounts with asterisk
- Handle day to day tasks like creating campaigns, loading lists, setting up groups, users, Recordings retrieval etc
- Able to troubleshoot Audio/Video Call related Asterisk issues.
- Tightening the security of Asterisk Server Should be hands on in all day to day operational activities of maintaining live platform, troubleshooting of dialler issues, application issues.
- Experience in gathering asterisk log files and configuration data to test and troubleshoot Asterisk applications/issues
