Job Purpose : We are looking for a frontend tech superstar who can combine the art of design with the art of programming to create next generation user experience.
About the Roles & Responsibilities :
- Translate UI/UX design wireframes to actual code.
- Will work with UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between design and actual implementation
- Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
- Write reusable code
- Optimise the application for speed and scalability
- Ensure cross platform and cross browser compatibility.
- Ensure SEO friendliness
- Create unit test plan and perform unit testing.
- Work with backend engineers to integrate the frontend, specifically knowing payment gateway integrations would be an add on.
- Maintain the code base.
- Create appropriate documentation for the system.
Qualifications :
Education : Bachelors in Computer Science.
Specialized knowledge : Experience in frontend web application development. Understanding of cross browser compatibility. Ability to create responsive design. Basic understanding of server side css preprocessing. Knowledge of image editing tools
Software skills : HTML, CSS, JS, React, Angular 6, Django, Magento, Shopify, WordPress.
Additional Skills : PHP, Magento and Wordpress will be appreciated as well. (Looking out for a person who has knowledge in Magento as well).
