You will be leading a team and building the team further based on capability gaps between current and required team skill set. You will be in charge/accountable to ensure that the service delivery of the SaaS based Software is without any flaws and the other projects are delivered and executed in a timely manner.
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Technical Responsibility :
- You must love technology and someone whose hobby is to explores new technical aspects in their own time
- Extensive experience in Core PHP based product development with many workflows, criteria and challenges
- Good understanding on SaaS software architectures and Capability to Architect SaaS solution and ensure 100% delivery
- Proven experience of writing APIs and capability to write and train team to write APIs for solution integration with other company products such as Client websites (any technology).
- Ability to take the technical leadership in the team and ability to steer the technology stack for the product/SaaS offering
- Proven experience to follow and enforce strong coding standards and testing practices
- Understanding the current architecture of the SaaS based software .
- Strong understanding on Database principles.
2. Client/Service Delivery Responsibility :
- Interacting with the clients & internal leadership to deliver reports and progress on projects
- Ensuring the client delivery is 100% on time, in scope & to quality
- Hold discussions with the clients & capture requirements & put them in the service delivery improvement or project requirements based on the project
3. Project Management Responsibility :
- Manage multiple projects at the same time and having extensive PM capabilities to keep the projects and deliverable on time
- Ability to provide accurate time estimates for completion of the requirements and proven experience of timely delivery of the projects
- Hands on experience on Project Management tools to keep track of the projects against the timeline
- Explaining the requirements to the team and removing road blocks for them for timely delivery.
4. Leadership Responsibility :
- You must be someone who loves taking responsibility & demonstrated past experience of having done that
- Lead team and lead technically and ensure the team is motivated to perform
- Acting as the technical guru of the team who can help the team resolve any kind of technical problems
- Ensuring timely training of the technical every month
- Must ensure various testing phases and software release management practice
- Proven experience of keeping track and being accountable for team performance management
- Take accountability of ensuring 100% productivity levels of the team
- Approving time sheets for the team.
