The Job:
You will be responsible for :
- Designing and implementing API endpoints.
- Gathering and evaluating user feedback to develop software solutions to address business issues.
- Mentoring a dynamic team of talented individuals to deliver winning products.
- Supporting continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting these for architectural review.
- Staying updated with trends and employing ideas for architecting, designing, developing and deploying new features for web sites and web applications.
The Profile:
- You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 6 years experience, ideally within a Backend Developer role.
- You possess strong knowledge of Javascript, PHP and Drupal.
- Expertise in Object Oriented Programming/ Design and Web Development would be highly valuable.
- Good knowledge of relational database systems, preferably PostgreSQL databases.
- Working knowledge of Node.js, Angular.js, React.js or React native would be a strong plus
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
