www.wagr.ai is looking for a software engineer with a solid hold on ANY backend development framework (Django, Flask, Laravel PHP, Cake PHP, Ruby on Rails).
What you will do
- Build and deploy production level backend system for Wagr's new smart pet care platform
- Maintain, fix and add new features on the existing backend system
- Work closely with Mobile app developers, firmware developers and co-founder
- Shape the engineering culture and processes
What we are looking for :
- (required) 3+ years of experience in backend development
- (required) Can lead technical architecture discussions and help drive technical decisions
- (required) Strong computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, programming languages
- (required) Have experience in HTML, CSS and JS
- (bonus) Integrations tests and CI pipeline
- (bonus) Experience in modern web frameworks like React, Angluar, Vue etc
- (bonus) Knowledge of IOT M2M protocols
- (bonus) Very comfortable with Laravel PHP, Docker and Kubernetes
