- Know at least one dynamic language like PHP, Python, Ruby
- Understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and come up with effective solutions
- Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general
- Built and published backend architecture systems before
- Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge in DevOps
Bonus if you have :
- Good Understanding of AWS/GCP
- Full-stack knowledge.
- Prior start up experience
- 3+ years of industry experience (product/start-up preferred) with focus on back-end development Degree requirement
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field. Candidates from IIT, NIT and other reputed institutes.
- Be involved and drive product & design discussions
- Deliver reliable solutions that handle massive data and high traffic.
- Take initiative and work with minimal supervision while also reporting on deliverables and results
- Understand responsive design and write high-performance and reusable code
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
