Requirements :
- ReactJS, NodeJS, Redux,
- Managed team of atleast 3-4
- Atleast 4+ years of experience in React Js
- Experience in Product company
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Take complete ownership of required front end facing modules for end users, supply partners and internal users in the business right from development stage to deployment and post release maintenance
- Take complete ownership of required front end module's architecture, design and performance
- Take complete ownership of team processes and delivery
- Work closely with product managers and backend engineering managers for timely delivery of product features and engineering tasks
- Be hands on with active code development
- Participate actively in hiring and team building
- Work in a fast paced environment and deliver quick product prototypes when required
- Maintain quality of code through code reviews, test cases with good coverage
- Participate actively in product and design discussions and come up with good suggestions and feedbacks to product and design teams
- Be ready to explore new technologies and design thought processes as and when required
Required Skills :
- More than 4-5 years of active working experience with - ReactJS, Redux and NodeJS is a must
- Should have had managed a team of at least 4-5 developers in the past especially from work, execution and delivery management point of view
- Strong fundamentals around Redux lifecycle, store and middleware
- Should have had worked with creating custom components, custom build configs, server side rendering
- Passionate about implementing elegant User Interfaces and expertise in improving page performance- and page load time is must
- Excellent hands on knowledge of Javascript, HTML, CSS/CSS3, JQuery is must
- Candidate should be hands on with latest trends in frontend development like PWA, AMP etc
- Good understanding of version control tools like Git, Subversion is required
- Prior experience with web frameworks like AngularJS, Backbone, EmberJS, Bootstrap is a must
- Hands on knowledge of one server side scripting language such as Python, Ruby PHP and databases like SQL, mongoDB is good to have
