Role : Technical Architect(Java)
Job Location : Infopark Kakkanad, Cochin
Job Responsibilities :
- Scope, design, and architect full technical solutions with clients and internal teams.
- Work with our sales team on pre-sales scoping as a technical expert.
- Make internal recommendations to help improve and streamline the technical and architectural processes.
- Develop technical specifications and design documents for client and internal engagements.
- Work closely with Millennium leaders to develop high-value solutions based on market trends and analysis and craft approaches to successfully deliver.
- Deliver expert advice and consulting to drive digital transformation projects to success.
- Guide and be able to directly manage teams tasked with delivering innovative technical solutions that produce actionable measurable results.
- Work with our Financial Services clients executive team members to define the strategy for open digital transformation.
Desired Candidate :
- Well versed with Java platforms.
- 8-13 years of development experience, with at least 5 years of technical leadership experience at the project level
- Experience architecting large scale solutions
- Experience designing and implementing SOA, Microservices, and REST API
- Well versed with RDBMS (MySQL) and NoSQL (Mongo dB, DynamoDB),
- Cloud experience, specifically in AWS
- Experience with AWS Platform and Microsoft Azure is an asset
- Experience in Blockchain, AI & ML will be an added advantage.
- A technical expert with experience across multiple languages and technology stacks (Java, Go, C, C++, C#, Objective C, Python, etc.) as well as experience with Open Source such as PHP software
- You have the ability to take business requirements and transform them into technical designs for software developers, infrastructure specialists, and other technology enterprises
- Excellent understanding of application development, coupled with infrastructure, data, and security architecture skills
- Experience working with banking solutions/complex enterprise solutions
- Experience working with Enterprise Service Bus and integration platforms
- Prior experience and connections in the financial industry are preferred
- Professional, reliable, and with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Organized with the ability to multitask (i.e., finish short-term projects while managing ongoing long-term ones)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rapid growth environment
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall
- Managing, consulting, and client negotiating experience
- Eager to learn, adapt and perfect your work
- Interested in business travel
