The Role :
- You will work in areas of marketing and advertising to create various Creative Graphic & Multimedia materials by following the process from concept to rough layout to prototype to completed project using paper sketches and digital illustration softwares. You will work with Product Managers, Marketing Department and Founders in taking care of all Creative & Graphic Designing activities in the Company and its Products.
- You can quickly turn ideas into pages by designing and developing them quickly in Webflow or other builders or plain HTML. You have an eye for aesthetic visuals and can quickly iterate on creative solutions to problems to push the company's marketing efforts forward.
- The ideal candidate must display excellent written and oral skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organization abilities and must be able to work in a varied, fast paced start-up environment. As well as, the ability to self-manage and work independently.
What is expected from you :
- Design and Developer Handoff of UI/UX/Graphics/mockups/prototypes for Web, Responsive Web, Mobile, Tablet, Desktops
- Animated GIFs creation, 2D Videos and Product Demo videos creation
-Image & Video Ad creation for Google, Facebook and other social media
- Infographics, creative images, videos for publishing to Social Media
- Create and maintain the company branding, logo, websites, website graphics, mockups, product labels, brochures, that provide information about a company's offerings in a consistent manner all across the product & our communication
- Coordinate Services of Outside Vendors for the print designs such as brochure or label or business card or company swag etc.
- Assist with Prototype Development in collaboration with the product team and specifications.
- Website, Landing Pages creation & maintenance
- Mentor & lead a team of Creative & Graphic Designers
What we are looking for :
- Sharp, pixel-perfect visual skills and UI & UX design experience using Adobe XD or Figma mockups & prototyping tools and Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience with developing Modern responsive web, PWA and Mobile applications
- Comfortable designing and developing web pages by generating HTML5, CSS3, Images and click-through prototypes based on the designs and web page builders
- Design & Define the Design Systems to ensure consistency
- Experience with design-oriented tech companies
- Experience with creating and optimizing landing pages based on best practices
- An understanding of marketing funnels, click to actions
- The ability to be self-started and know what makes you productive
- 2+ years of experience, self-starter and can work independently
Is a plus if :
- A portfolio full of strong marketing / web design work in a similar industry
- Experience with micro-interaction design and animation
- Experience designing on a remote team
- Experience with Web Development and working with any framework like Ruby on Rails, PHP etc
- Experience with JavaScript, JQuery components, Bootstrap, Material Design
- Experience with Desktop applications using Electron
- Open source contributions
Education : BE/B.Tech/MCA with Computer Science
