Job Description :
UX/UI design & coding environments. Among your main tasks will be to design custom UX/UI, develop websites and build out custom-designed websites using open source CMS (primarily Word Press), HTML 5, CSS 3, PHP core, MySQL, E-Commerce sites(Magento, Shopify, Woo commerce, Square space, Big cartel, and open cart ) and the latest web technologies.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience
- Ability to design and develop responsive websites
- Strong coding/programming skills in HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, PHP, MYSQL, etc.
- Server-side coding knowledge a plus (PHP & MySQL)
- Strong working knowledge of various Word Press custom theme, plug-ins, child theme, custom post type, e-commerce and etc.,
- Working knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media
- Experience with e-learning course, multimedia presentation and video editing is a plus
Web Designer Qualifications/Skills :
- Proven understanding of graphic design fundamentals
- Demonstrated ability to take a project from concept to launch
- Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to deliver production-ready digital assets in a wide variety of formats
- Awareness of UI/UX principles
- Familiarity with digital photo editing
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Comfort working in a deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
Education and Experience Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
- One to three years of professional design experience
- Portfolio of strong creative work
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Dreamweaver, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Experience with HTML, Javascript, MySQL, PHP and CSS
- Social media and email marketing experience a plus
