The Job Role:
We are seeking Senior Software Developers with a background in PHP. Candidates will be responsible for the end to end management of their component of the development lifecycle, teaming up with Business Analysts (located overseas), to design, build and implement solutions, in line with specifications that have been approved by our customers. The incumbent will also play a key role in documenting these solutions and tracking delivery on projects to ensure they are delivered on time and meet the desired specifications.

Essential skill required to demonstrate / desirable criteria:
- Possess a strong core knowledge of PHP and be proficient in developing solutions
- Intensive experience with OO analysis and design
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g. Suite CRM or SugarCRM), REST webservices and PHP Unit strongly preferred
- Experience with RDBMS (e.g. MySQL)
- Experience with containerisation (e.g. Docker)
Key responsibilities (KRA- s):
- Design and implementation of software components in accordance with the technical architecture
- Adherence to a SDLC
- Participation in technical reviews as required
- Management of development sprints
- Mentoring software developers

- Follow Australian / Victoria public holiday calendar and work close to the Australian / Victoria time zone
Education and Experience :
- A seven to ten years experience, of which minimum of three years in lead roles
- As a minimum, a Graduate Degree in Computer Science from an institute of repute
- Software development Certificate holders, IITians and Postgraduates in Computer Science will be given preference
- Candidates currently working as Freelancers can also apply
- Location of working: Delhi NCR (preferred) or from home (anywhere in India)
