Description :
As a SDE-4 with the start-up, you will be responsible for :
- Focusing on scalability, performance, service robustness, and cost trade-offs
- Exploring, improving, enhancing, automating, and optimising systems and tools to best meet evolving business and market needs
- Collaborating with teams to develop and support the smooth 24X7 operation of services
- Creating prototypes and proof-of-concepts for iterative development
- Mentoring software engineers in the team
Profile :
The ideal candidate will have :
- 6-9 years of experience working with a high growth start-up
- Strong knowledge of databases like MySQL, NoSQL, SQL Server, Oracle
- Software development experience in Java and web technologies and scripting languages like Python, PHP etc.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous, RESTful systems
- Knowledge of best software engineering practices for all stages of software development life-cycle
