Job Description HOPE Research Group is a leading research agency headquartered in Miami, Florida with offices in India and the Caribbean, With the help of our proprietary software and services, HOPE Research Group which is expanding in India is looking for an Experienced Full Stack Engineer, who'll join the team in Bangalore and work on technology solutions for retailers.
The Role Demands for someone who can play a role in guiding the Tech Team and address primary concerns of development to fast track.
The Budget for the role is $1800-2000 per month (1,30,000-1,60,000). The incumbent need to have greater experience working on the Product side of the business from both App and Web Standpoint to help the business build the Web Analytics framework.
Full Stack Developer will work on the Product development side of the business and he/she will add value to the product with the knowledge they have acquired. We have our own Product suite that can help solve the business operational cost at the ground level operations and cut down their secondary cost

- Be a technical leader and valued contributor in an autonomous, cross-functional agile team
- Good knowledge of SDLC life cycle and should be able to guide and mentor the team in ensuring to follow the organizational.
MEAN or MERN Stack developer who has experience on Node JS (Back end), PHP (Added Advantage) and Angular (Front End) and React Native (Mobile)
- Collaborate across disciplines to deliver creative solutions to client challenges.
- Play a key role in your team by developing and delivering presentations and written deliverables, and organizing and facilitating client and internal meetings.
- Responsible and accountable for delivering large projects on-time, on budget, and meeting functional and quality specifications.
- Cultivate knowledge of our clients- business models and increase your role in engagements.
- Provide weekly status reports and can communicate with executive leadership.
- Work on what you want during regular hack days and annual hack weeks.
Mandatory Skills: Node Js, Angular, AWS, Php, MongoDB, Analytical Skills
Good to have: React-native, Jenkins, Python, SQL
What you will need:
- 4-6years Only of experience as a Full Stack Engineer in modern frameworks such as Node.js, Express.js, React.js, and Angular
- Strong facilitation skills; communicates effectively with the business to identify needs and evaluate alternative solutions as required and be customer-centric
- Demonstrated proficiency in the use of project planning tools (JIRA, Trello, Version One, GitHub, etc.). Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and browser degradation strategies
- Expert knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Understanding of various technologies including applications and databases.
- Understands basic revenue models and cost to completion projections.
