We have openings for Support Engineer with one of our Fintech client in Bangalore.
Job Responsibilities :
- Monitoring the production servers & scheduled jobs
- Analysing, resolving or escalating production incidents as they occur
- Process enquiries and requests from customer support
- Coordinate with feature teams and external vendors to ensure reliability of all applications.
- Monitor all alerts and escalate all issues for all procedures and systems.
- Handle and execute small size projects independently.
Job Requirements:
Education - Minimum Degree
Shift - 9:00am - 6:00pm IST, 6:30pm - 3:30am IST (Rotational)
Experience - 0 - 2 yrs
Location - Should be ok with WFH and Office.
Joining - Immediate Joinee.
Skills:
- Good understanding or experience in php, MySQL, GIT.
- Strong analytical and investigative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Self-directed and capable of working in a dynamic and startup environment.
