- Strong software programming fundamentals

- RoR/Python/PHP
- Deep experience with databases - RDBMS and No-SQL. Mongo experience preferred
- Strong development experience in Web Development with latest JS frameworks such as Angular.JS, React.JS, Vue.JS, Express etc
- Working experience in packaging, distributing and deploying Web Application front ends
- Working experience in building, administering and configuring Linux servers, web servers and Database engines
- Demonstrable portfolio of high performing portfolio of projects/products
- Experience in building and maintaining always-up/always-available multi-channel platform
- Ability to debug, isolate and fix critical production issues
- Ability to guide the team on best practices, coding skills and technical issues/challenges
- Experience with Dockers/Containerization methodologies
- Experience in working with open source CI/CD tools for single click distribution and deployment
- Strong working experience with Bitbucket/Github repositories and Github Workflow
- Deep understanding of modern design patterns for component/API and Web frontends
- Mobile application development experience, Blockchain, Crypto and Machine learning/AI experience would be a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with good problem-solving attitude

Job Description :
- Build best in class software platform for Lending and Banking operations in India
- Build a vision/roadmap for platform architecture with internal stakeholders and deploy the same across various projects
- Support the entire application lifecycle (Concept, design, test, release and support)
- Build and maintain new Docker components/services/Web applications adhering the laid out/agreed quality standards
- Maintain and upgrade existing Docker components/services/Web Applications
- Tune and upgrade performance of existing containers to meet the ever increasing demands
- Design interfaces to improve user experience and improve conversion rates
- Liaise with Product development team to plan and build new features/functionalities
- Review design and code to ensure built solutions are in line with the architectural roadmap
- Ensure the platform is always available - by building appropriate load balancing, fault tolerance, disaster recovery and monitoring/notifications
- Build POC/Prototype to showcase/prove technology/business concepts for internal and external stakeholders
- Research and suggest new technologies/products to innovate in the marketplace
- Evangelize the product and technology in external forums
