Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop new business strategies and business models, taking all aspects into consideration and providing insight into how these strategies will benefit the company
- To manage the activities of both pre-sales and post-sales of IT projects.
- Good knowledge of online portals; Elance, Guru, Freelancer and Odesk/Upwork to get IT projects for the company mainly on web (PHP and Dot Net based) and mobile platforms (iPhone/iPad/iPod, Android and Blackberry)
- Evaluate the feasibility of implementing the IT application and its user friendliness.
- Assisting the teams to carry out the proceedings of project through out its lifecycle.
- To Prepare and analyze the project documents like Project proposals, Client Requirement documents, client communication documents, project schedule documents and Software Requirement Specifications.
- To Determine the project objectives and workflow, and then coordinate with designing team in preparation of layouts.
- Good knowledge and skills in developing prototypes and mock ups.
- Good knowledge in tools like Balasmiq, lumzy, adobe catalyst.
- Observing the work done by designing, development and testing team.
- Working with the development team regarding project requirements and objectives.
- Handle the queries and issues of the client.
- Communicate to the clients regularly.
- Prepare a project schedule and ensure activities proceed as per the schedule.
