What you'll do :
- Work alongside our lead developer (who will also provide software training).
- Develop and expand features and products using a variety of programming languages.
- Review project requirements and write technical specifications.
- Debug, test, and fix errors.
- Document code development and revisions.
You should have:
- Experience in programming, software development, or other related fields.
- Proficient in JavaScript and Node.js.
- PHP experience is recommended.
- Familiar with community sites like Stack Overflow to find answers for coding problems.
- Proficient with React JavaScript framework and the new context and hooks API.
- Proficient in using GIT to handle code management and versioning.
- Proficient in MySQL and Document store databases (Google Firestore in particular).
- Expertise in CSS and HTML5.
- Experience in consuming a variety of APIs using the different available methods. (Javascript fetch, Axios, request for node.js, PHP SDKs, curl, etc).
- Basic knowledge of server components and networking concepts.
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud suite offerings (Compute, Load balancers, Storage, Cloud run for stateless docker deployment, Functions, Firebase hosting, Firestore, Firebase Auth, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
