- Experience of 3-5 years in supporting and incident management for Linux / Windows server environments with at least 1-2 year preferably on Cloud IaaS

- Should be an expert in either Windows or Enterprise Linux Server management with experience in managing the below mentioned
- Windows Server management skills including setting up and troubleshooting of o Windows RAID, Effective Partitioning o AD-DC (Primary, Secondary, RODC), DNS, AD Level policy, AD Domain Migration experience added advantage o WSUS, RDP, RDP Web, RDP Gateway o WFC - Windows Failover Clusters with anyone Cluster aware solution o Performance Troubleshooting with OS-level Metric collection
- Linux Server management skills including setting up and troubleshooting of
- Partitioning with LVM, RAID with various filesystems
- NFS, SFTP, SMTP, DNS, IPTables & Other Linux OS firewall management
- User Management, SSH Key Management
- Pacemaker Clusters with SBD and setting up of anyone cluster-aware solution
- Performance Troubleshooting with OS-level Metric collection
- Monitoring & Ticketing Systems o Nagios or similar monitoring agent's setup and configuration experience
- Managing Ticketing queue and breaking down tickets to tasks and holding on till resolution of the ticket.
- Based on the individual technical skill can take-up the Architect role and task.

- Cloud Technologies (Based on the individual technical skill will be considered for the Architect role.
- Knowledge & experience in different cloud storage & file system technologies
- Experience on IAM, Roles, AWS Single SignOn, Azure ADFS, load balancer setup,

- AWS/Azure Security Exposure: WAF, Inspector, Security HUB, RAM(Resource Access Manager)
- VPN knowledge: - IP-Sec Site to Site Connection, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, Global Accelerator, and Client VPN Endpoint.
- Should have good network knowledge, able to work on Open source firewalls and VPNs and AWS Firewall Manager
Understanding cloud migration procedures
- Experience in migration technologies is a plus.

- Experience in managing and setting up of Cloud PaaS
- DevOps experience with building CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
Certification:
- (Mandatory) Any one of Enterprise Linux (RHEL or SUSE) certifications or Advance Windows Server Management Certification
- (Preferable) Anyone (AWS/Azure/GCP) of Cloud certification
- (Optional) Networking Certification

- Effective (Good) spoken, chat, and mail communication in English. Experience in handling customer incidents directly
