Job Description :
- We are looking for senior leaderhip position who have a desire to lead a team that works dedicatedly on Wordpress projects. Someone passionate for Wordpress Plugin development and Community Spirit.
- He/She should have a passion to learn, explore and implement innovation solution and able to asses new hires and deploy right resources for providing key solutions to clients on Wordpress projects. He should jump on client call to understand the challenge and help Wordpress developer solve it quickly as well as consult client in right direction making sure both client and team are on same page and satisfied.
Responsibilities :
- Building and Managing a team on employeement/contract to deliver satisfying outcome to our clients on Wordpress projects
- Responsible for the growth of the team and business handled by the team
- Managing quantitative project planning, execution and monitoring activities, delivery related commitments and customer satisfaction
- Manage project tasks, timeline, and communication
- Providing inputs to the Pre -Sales Team, enabling them to respond to RFPs/ RFQs.
- Coordination of business & technical teams to deliver medium to large scale projects.
- Guide and help Wordpress developer write reusable, efficient and robust code while adhering to WordPress coding standards
- Actively participate in a community
- Would be designing and defining assements for new hires and interview them to select them and build a team.
- Will be responsible to jump on a call with client to understand tech /. functional / business requirement for a long term wordpress developer need and identify right resources to be deployed from current team.
Requirement :
- Experience Candidate up to 9 or more years in managing, highly critical and complex wordpress projects and building a team.
- Someone who has core experience on PHP and Wordpress (preferrably more on Wordpress)
- Experience as TL and/or technical consultant / manager with experience of more than 6 years leading team of wordpress and PHP developer
- Should have experience in setting up Automation tools for wordpress development
- Ability to communication and guide client and ability to provide a solution
- Ability to assess new hires and test them with expertise on Wordpress capabilities and build a team
- Lead a team for projects and guide them as and when needed
- Having exposure on working with Front end and back end technologies
- Ensuring high-performance and availability, and managing all technical aspects of the CMS
- Ability to guide team for Conducting website or application performance tests.
- Consulting and guiding team for quick steps on Monitoring the performance of the live website and application built on PHP / Wordpress
- Providing inputs to the Pre -Sales Team, enabling them to respond to RFPs/ RFQs.
- Conducting WordPress or PHP/Laravel training with the client.
- Experience in Presales support, scoping, estimation and coordination with sales team and prospects.
- Experience on using React / Angular / Vue with Wordpress and create plugins
- Experience of creating React / Angular / Vue application using Laravel Framework.
- Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
- Good to have additional 2 CMS exposure (Shopify, Magento, Drupal)
- Good understanding of website architecture and aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with Internal Clients.
- Ability to independently manage projects and report / present efforts to clients.
