Job Description :
- Need to have minimum 6 years of experience in design and implementation of Oracle Service Cloud (RightNow) solutions
- Should have delivered at least 8 end to end Service Cloud implementations for distinct customers in recent years (any verifiable customer reference is added qualification)
- Deep knowledge in relevant skill areas including Dynamic Agent Desktop configuration, Customer Portal-configuration, creating Analytical reports and dashboards
- Should have good expertise in OPA rules configuration
- Should possess strong knowledge of PHP, HTML and CSS
- Expert in building integration with third party applications (Inbound/Outbound)
- Should possess a valid implementation specialist certification for Service cloud (RightNow)
- Well conversant with Web Technology stack (HTML, CSS, JS Frameworks, XML, JSON..)
- Candidate can be from Mumbai, Pune or Bangalore
