Job Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years management experience in the IT field, including development work and interactions with clients.
- Proficiency with at least one web development language, such as PHP (Laravel) or Node
- Responsibilities for Technical Project Manager
- Bachelor's degree with 4 to 5 years of experience in IT Project management
- Experience using Project management tool like TFS, JIRA or similar tools.
- Good understanding of GitHub, SVN and deployment process.
- Experience in leading teams in complex and cross functional environments
- Knowledge in Agile methodologies and exposure to implementing the agile best practices.
- Experience working in a globally distributed IT and Business teams
- Participate in Product roadmap planning, product, product line level compliance, Change management and Release management of product work items.
- Discussing potential projects and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
- Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
- Manage projects with top-down oversight throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined by adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.
- Monitor project progress continuously and make detailed scheduled reports on measurable items, such as milestones and deliverables.
- Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide encouragement, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
