Job description:
- Looking for an experienced WordPress engineer to join a dynamic team. As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will work with other team members such as UI Designers, Front-end Engineers to develop custom websites on WordPress platform for international clients. You'll help with customization and maintenance of existing complex projects running millions of page views per month.
What we are looking for:
- You can do anything with WordPress - Anything!
- At least 2 years of experience with HTML, CSS, PHP and MySQL
- At least 2 years experience with JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, Angular or other JS frameworks
- At least 2 years of experience with WordPress theme and plugin development from scratch
- Confident with UI changes without help from designers
- In-depth understanding of the internals of WordPress loops, hooks, plugins, and configuration
- Experience working with APIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with GIT or Bitbucket
- Experience with server configuration, hosting, DNS etc.
